First Visit

When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment.

For adults, the first visit allows us to gather the records that we need to diagnose and plan treatment needed. We will take X-rays of each area of your mouth, chart existing conditions, perform a thorough exam and begin your treatment plan. At the second appointment, we will thoroughly clean your teeth and review your completed treatment plan.

For children, the first visit allows us to examine their teeth and discuss good brushing and eating habits. Necessary X-rays will be taken and a thorough cleaning with fluoride treatment will be performed.
