Practice Updates

We are still a one dentist practice at this time. Due to the limitations in appointments available, we are accepting new patients on a very limited basis. Same household family members of existing patients are generally added. Beyond that, we have a wait list that we call when we have openings in our schedule that we are not able to fill from our existing patient base. Our primary goal is, and always will be, to take care of our patients a quickly and efficiently as possible. 

OFFICE CLOSURES:

4th of July: We will be closed Thursday July 3 and Friday July 4.

LABOR DAY- We will be closed Monday Sept 1st for Labor Day. 

VACATION DATES: Dr. Guthrie is out of the office June 23-27 and July 28-August 1. We are still seeing hygiene patients that meet the criteria mandated by the State of Ohio Dental Board. If you have an emergency, please call the office so that we can determine with you if you need to be seen immediately and  direct you to the offices we have covering emergencies.  

UPGRADING TO CHARTLESS: 

As we have become a chartless office, we are asking you to fill out our patient forms digitally. There is a link on this website under Patient Information > Patient Registration or we can send you a link via text or email. Currently we do not have the ability for you to fill them out digitally at the office, but that will be coming soon. You may see other changes happening as we work to make this goal a reality. Please be patient with us as we work through this transition. And thank you for your cooperation with the forms, moving forward updating will be easier.

ONLINE ACCOUNT PAYMENTS:

To make it easier for those interested, we have a few ways to make your account payments online. First, on this website there is a link under Patient Information > Make a payment or we can send a link via text or email. We are also able to “Vault” your credit card information if you would like to just call or email us to process a payment. Essentially, it’s a secure way for us to keep your card “on file”.  We also are able to set up automatic payments where your credit card or debit card is processed each month. Autopay can be set up a variety of ways to help accomodate your needs. Just let us know you would like to discuss autopay with us. Our goal is to allow you to get the dental treatment you need and to pay for it in a way that works for both of us.
